Flower power baby

I finally got my act together so I could pay homage to a pretty flower among us Sarah from Misfits Vintage.  Have you heard? She has been wearing floral prints all week long.  Can you imagine the happiness she is spreading with her petals of color!  This one's for you baby.
I know a lot of people hate UGGS, I hate the price tag, but last year I picked these up on ebay. I don't think anyone liked the color :)
They kept my feet toasty warm last night running around downtown in the cold.
I have so enjoyed reading some of your Zandra stories!  The one about Lucy's Mom buying a t-shirt from her and wearing it to death and Melanie hacking the sleeves of a Zandra dress her aunt bought her to make it comfortable.  I love it when you guys share :)
On an unrelated weird note.  Do you guys ever get into a bidding war on ebay over an item and you wonder who in God's name would want this?  I usually pause and realize why it's someone just like me :)  Remember, even if you are 1 in a million there are 7000 others just like you in the world.  I don't know about you but I find comfort in that.  Just don't bid on stuff I want!

For all of you celebrating Halloween, have fun!  I plan on equal parts of little kid fun and grown up fun!  Trick or Treat!

Having weird taste does have it's compensations. I sometimes get into bidding wars through sheer stubborness, not good! You look resplendant in mint green and pink. What a fab dress. Also, I love your alternating purple and pink nails, the purple shade is fab. Have a lovely weekend xxx

Those Uggs are obviously perfect for you. You had to get them!
Your dress is just the right addition to floral week. I used fabric so much like that in an 8th grade jumpsuit sewing project. Somehow though as I sewed it it became too small to wear. I think I made a few mistakes. oops!

Sometimes the leftovers are EXACTLY the things that appeal to me, so I score on that front. Looks like you got that deal on your awesome blue boots. Fabulous florals! They really do lift the spirits. Have a great weekend!

The boots are awesome - I agree with Melanie, the leftovers are often the things I like!! I thought I wore a lot of florals, until I checked my wardrobe and found lots of polka dots and stripes, you and Misfit have inspired me to change tactic! Have a great weekend.

I'm not a fan of Uggs but in that gorgeous colour, I might be persuaded :-)
Love you in florals!
Enjoy the weekend...

Ha, ha! And now every time there's a bidding war in my shop, I shall imagine it is you! And the Uggs ARE toasty. I have moccasins in that brand.

BOOTS!!! I'm not a huge Ugg fan but these are lush and to be honest, I had a pair as slippers and wore them until they fell off me.
Gorgeous frockage, brightened up my morning I can tell you.

You know I love you in that colour Krista, it's the perfect compliment to your pink, and I know Uggs are frowned on but they are sooo cosy when it's cold. I've never had real Uggs but I like fake ones to wear as slippers because nothing is as warm and comfy. I hate it when I bid on something and I think it's mine then someone snatches it away from me in the last seconds, like you say, it's extra annoying when it's something you think has slipped under everyone else's radar. xx

I don't do much ebay, but go to live auctions around here. And always stay to the bitter end. I buy the stuff nobody around here wants. Two of my best scores were five large framed moles from Panama for $20, and seven garden Buddhas for $70. I checked online for the Buddhas and one of them was listed for over $200.

Your outfit raock

Gorgeous crazy colors as always! I would wear that dress to death, that print is super cute as well as a little psychedelic. :-D And that butterfly belt is super adorable.

Yay! You've just brightened up a shitty, gloomy Sunday with your frock of fabulousness! Those boots are a killer colour and only you could make one of the most hated things ever gorgeous and desirable!
Nobody ever seems to want what I do. That dress I liked in second To None was still there when I went back on Friday so I had to have it, result!
Let's speak soon, I miss you!
Love! Vix xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Oooh this dress is AMAZING!!! I absolutely love the floral print and the colours are exquisite - and YOU are divine! I never bid on ebay - if there's something I really want I make sure I get it. Bidding just increases the price! LOVE! Sarah xxx

perfect perfect nails! I'm so jealous!! I do like Uggs, I don't like them on grubby teenage girls with frizzy backcombed hair and sweat pants walking through town in moromic clusters. However I love them on you, that colour is fantastic and it looks great on you. It's another Krista colour. The dress is beautiful. You look so darling, when can you come back to the UK?"!!
all these colours make me so happy, it's so grey and miserable here today xxxxxx

E-Bay Bidding Wars for Oddities that I totally dig and assume nobody else would want... certainly! *Winks* And yes, there is some comfort in that...
